About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager - Accounting and Control to join our team at TUI UK & Ireland. This exciting role offers a unique blend of responsibilities across both Payroll and Treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll accounting and pension administration, ensuring effective communication across multiple departments and overseeing a team of 3 staff.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and foreign currency exposure analysis, working closely with internal teams to provide key insights and drive financial efficiency.
  • Validate and convert cash spend data into meaningful outputs for finance teams, improving cash flow reporting and reducing "Other" category spend.
  • Reconcile direct and indirect cash flows, ensuring accurate monthly submissions and continuously improving cash reporting systems.
About You
  • Qualified accountant with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving processes, managing complex data, and delivering impactful financial insights.
  • Experience of implementing and running financial and operational controls.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills.
  • Proven experience of managing and developing multi-disciplined teams across different locations, including day-to-day operations and improvement projects.
