Bid and Proposal Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bid life-cycle, proposal writing, estimation, development, and contract management. They will be responsible for leading the coordination and creation of proposals, nurturing and growing the process, collateral, and team that delivers winning proposals.
The successful Bid and Proposal Manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to offer informed recommendations and strategies for successful implementation. They will contribute to maintaining high-quality business practices and upholding Sureserve's values, notably their commitment to excellence.
The role requires a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus 10% car allowance, 25 days holiday (plus 8 statutory holidays), and an extra day off for your birthday. The company also offers hybrid working, performance-related bonus, career progression opportunities, ongoing mentoring, and commitment to training and development.
