Exciting Opportunity for a Head Dental Nurse

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Dental Nurse to join our team at Dental Beauty Partners. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care and experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You will be working closely with our clinical partners and other members of the nursing team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver excellent patient care and experiences
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care
  • Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure seamless patient care and treatment
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care and treatment to ensure high standards are maintained
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Head Dental Nurse or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dental nursing practices and procedures
