Head Dental Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Dental Nurse to join our team at Dental Beauty Partners. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care and experiences.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 41.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Head Nurse or a highly experienced Qualified Nurse looking for a new challenge. You will be confident in presenting yourself to patients and have the ability to go the extra mile to ensure a 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care and experiences
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clinical partners to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Manage and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in dental nursing
  • GDC registration
  • DBS checked with the right to work in the UK
  • Fully immunised (Hep B)
