About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in 3GL, UiPath, and SQL.

As a key player in the delivery team, you will be responsible for developing RPA solutions to solve business problems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing RPA solutions to achieve project acceptance criteria, scope, quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Analysing business problems, designing, architecting, developing, unit testing, and implementing solutions independently.
  • Designing and developing solutions in accordance with RPA design principles and standards.
  • Liaising with business analysts, developers, test teams, and configuration engineers in the robot development life cycle.
  • Producing release instructions and supporting release deployment activities to test environments.
  • Supporting deployment to production and post-live hypercare activities to ensure smooth operation of the solution.
  • Supporting and maintaining existing solutions.
  • Peer reviewing solutions and codes written by other developers in the team.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience in robot solution design and development.
  • Strong knowledge and qualifications in UiPath and other automation technologies.
  • UiPath Re Framework, Load-Work concepts.
  • SQL Server/Transact SQL and relational database.
  • One of the 3GL Programming Languages.
  • Experience in working in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience in working in the insurance industry is preferred.
