About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our high-performance team. As a key player in the delivery team, you will be responsible for developing RPA solutions to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RPA solutions to achieve project acceptance criteria, scope, quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Analyse business problems, design, architect, develop, unit test, and implement solutions independently.
  • Design and develop solutions in accordance with RPA design principles and standards.
  • Liaise with business analysts, developers, test teams, and configuration engineers in the robot development life cycle.
  • Support deployment to production and post-live hypercare activities to ensure smooth operation of the solution.
  • Support and maintain existing solutions.
  • Peer review of solutions and codes written by other developers in the team.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in robot solution design and development.
  • Strong knowledge and qualifications in UiPath and other automation technologies.
  • UiPath Re Framework, Load-Work concepts (Proficient).
  • SQL Server/Transact SQL and relational database (Proficient).
  • One of the 3GL Programming Languages (Proficient).
  • Experience in working in an agile software development environment.
  • Experience in working in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • A great communicator.
  • An undergraduate degree in computing and maths is preferred.
