Job Title: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's EHS strategy in alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Diploma level qualification in EHS or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment, with flexibility to be on-site during the probation period.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
