Job Description: Primary School Deputy Head
Salary: £70,055 - £73,225 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Norfolk
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher in leading and managing the school. This includes formulating overall aims and objectives, developing good relationships with local authorities and parents, and taking overall responsibility for the school as required.
Responsibilities:- Assist in policy implementation
- Develop relationships with local authorities and parents
- Take overall responsibility for the school
- Teach according to the timetable
- Carry out reasonable duties specified by senior staff
- Minimum 5 years' teaching experience
- Leadership and management experience
- Liaison with outside agencies and parents
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Able to complete PRICE Training Course
- Awareness of government initiatives
- SEN knowledge and awareness
- Child welfare and safety awareness
