About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team and lead the development of market-leading products for the carp fishing and specialist coarse angling sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product range planning strategies to drive business growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to design and launch new products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor product sales and margin performance to inform business decisions.
  • Create annual budget recommendations to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Develop and execute promotional offers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage B2B product data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Produce high-quality product content for marketing use.
  • Represent the brand at trade and consumer shows to build relationships and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product development and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the fishing industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial acumen and financial management skills.
