Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to combine your work with your passion. Our client has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Customer Sales Advisor to work with their leading fishing products brand, supplying market-leading products across all angling disciplines.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer-focused service environment such as telesales or customer service. The salary is competitive.

The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back-up service for products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires.

It is essential that you have technical knowledge of products and experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face, on the telephone and via email so you will need to be a confident and clear communicator in these areas.
