Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, plus a 10% bonus and 18% combined pension.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for driving improvements and shaping on-site health and safety practices. You will engage with the team, refine processes, and advance our long-term health and safety strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in food production or FMCG
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001, including conducting annual reviews and audits
  • Skilled in asbestos management, risk assessments, and developing management plans
  • Familiarity with DSEAR, Legionella, PUWER, and legal register management
