Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Principal Designer/Principal Designer Advisor on large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough site health and safety audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide guidance on project team capability and management arrangements, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Offer health and safety advice, training, and support to clients, promoting a culture of safety excellence.
  • Assist with the administration of projects, including the creation of Health and Safety Files.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property industry.
  • Experience working under the CDM Regulations, with a strong understanding of Principal Designer and CDM Coordinator roles.
  • Working knowledge of large-scale/complex projects, with the ability to analyze and mitigate risks.

We offer a competitive salary of £45k-£55k, plus an excellent benefits package, including car allowance, pension, health insurance, and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
