About the Role:

We are looking for a bright graduate with a 1st Class or 2:1 degree to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Mental Health. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN and Mental Health in mainstream lessons and small group settings
  • Work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, and provide feedback to teachers on student progress
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1st Class or 2:1 degree in a relevant field

  • Resilient, confident, and pragmatic
