Diesel Engine Specialist

We are looking for a talented Diesel Engine Specialist to join our team at Innova Solutions International in Stafford. As a key member of our Product Engineering Development department, you will be responsible for delivering engineering activity as part of the diesel products development activity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine performance, with experience in planning and delivering projects that meet our high standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Engine Performance Calibration
- Data Analysis and Trend Identification
- Root Cause Corrective Action and Validation
We require at least three years of experience working with diesel engines, covering areas such as engine performance using Vector Suite tools, emissions measurement hardware, turbocharger matching, fuel system optimisation, and control system development.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements and professional development opportunities.
