Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Delivery and Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and installing a variety of technology products to our valued customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle to transport goods to customer locations.
  • Unload and deliver a range of electronic appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, and more.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and professional interactions.
  • Install and set up delivered products according to customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and installations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid Class C1 UK/EA driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • CPC card (and ideally) Tachograph card.
  • Proven experience in a delivery or installation role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently.
