Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled White Goods Service Technician to join our team at Currys plc. As a key member of our home services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by installing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods appliances in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company van and manage your day effectively to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Test, diagnose, and repair white goods appliances in customers' homes.
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge to customers to ensure their appliances are functioning properly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in white goods repairs and maintenance.
  • Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1) (ideally, but not essential).
