About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recovery Lead to join our Theatre team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment
  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure efficient and safe patient recovery
  • Adhere to Ramsay's policies and procedures to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes
  • Support the development of newly qualified nurses and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Minimum 3 years of recovery experience
  • ALS qualification desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
