We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

About the Role:

As a Theatre Recovery Lead, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of efficient, individualized patient care in our 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility. You will work closely with our Theatre team to ensure seamless patient care and adhere to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery
  • Work collaboratively with the Theatre team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Adhere to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  • ALS qualification is desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
