About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recovery Lead to join our Theatre team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care, working closely with our Theatre team to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Recovery team to provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Develop and implement efficient patient flow processes to reduce waiting times and improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Theatre team to ensure smooth handovers and effective communication
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, adhering to Ramsay's policies and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and develop Recovery team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent patient care

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience in a leadership capacity
  • ALS qualification desirable
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
