Lift Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join our team at Lionsgate Contractors. The ideal candidate will have a valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo ticket and be local or within commuting distance to the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of lifts on site
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and report any defects or issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to site staff on lift operation and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo ticket
  • Local or within commuting distance to the project site
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
