Lift Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join our team at Lionsgate Contractors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lifts on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validating the technical competence of our lift operators and ensuring they hold the necessary certifications (CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo ticket)
  • Coordinating lift maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Developing and implementing lift safety procedures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborating with our site management team to ensure lift operations are aligned with our company's safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS Logo ticket
  • Safety Critical Medical certification (can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Local or within commuting distance to our operational area (CA5 postcode)
