Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading manufacturing business in the UK to recruit a HSE Advisor. Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, this role will work as part of the Health and Safety Team to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations
- To provide guidance and support to all departments on health and safety matters
- To develop and implement company standards for personal protective equipment (PPE) and contractors
- To investigate and analyze accidents, incidents, and near misses
- To create and update health and safety processes and documentation
- To produce regular health and safety communications, including toolbox talks and safety alerts
- To adopt a proactive approach to environmental, health, and safety
- To work with production teams to resolve operational issues related to health and safety
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Experience working in an engineering and manufacturing environment
