Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure legal compliance to HSE Legislation and regulations.
- To support all departments in HSE matters by providing expert advice and guidance.
- To create and maintain company standards, such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and contractor management, and monitor compliance.
- To ensure that all accidents, incidents, and near misses are reported, investigated, and analyzed.
- To create and update HSE processes and documentation, including policies and procedures.
- To produce regular HSE communications, including toolbox talks and safety alerts.
- To apply a proactive approach to Environment, Health, and Safety, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- To work closely with production teams to overcome operational issues related to HSE.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
