Responsibilities:
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children, engaging in activities that promote their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes regular playtime, outdoor activities, and educational pursuits.
- Develop and implement a personalized care plan that meets the unique needs and interests of our children.
- Communicate effectively with our family to ensure seamless care and attention to our children's needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of childcare experience, with a focus on caring for children of similar ages.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check and paediatric first aid certification.
- Recognized childcare qualification and exceptional references.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
