SAP Finance Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance Senior Manager to join our team at KPMG. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions, spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost and Controlling areas.
  • Run client design workshops to gather requirements and walk through target solutions.
  • Translate client needs into effective Finance solutions, providing expert guidance and recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement SAP Finance Transformation programs, leveraging expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost and Controlling activities.
  • Support business development and sales initiatives, including bid and proposal support in the SAP S/4 HANA Finance area.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation programs within a consulting environment.
  • SAP S/4 HANA system design, build, and deployment experience, with a preference for 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost and Controlling activities and areas.
  • Experience in running and supporting pre-sales activities, including RFPs, demos, and client engagement.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational, and motivational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices.
  • Experience producing project deliverables, including business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
