As a Retail Sales Designer, you'll be part of our team in the Farnborough Showroom, where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Promote additional products and services, including financial options and installation, to enhance the customer journey.
- Follow up on customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and orders.
