Job Overview

Direct Medics is a leading healthcare recruitment specialist partnering with the Northern Health & Social Care Trust to recruit Band 6 Occupational Therapists for the Northern HSCT Recovery Service (Intermediate Care). Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients, promoting independence and overall well-being.
  • They will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • HCPC registration is mandatory, along with 2 years of post-registration experience and 6 months of UK hospital-based experience.
  • A valid full UK driving license and access to a car are also required.
  • Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Benefits Package
  • A competitive hourly rate of £20.30 - £25, plus mileage paid at trust rates.
  • The benefits include £100 towards HCPC registration fees, manual handling training, basic life support training, fitness to work certificates, enhanced criminal records checks, uniforms, online training, relocation assistance, and up to £1000 for each referral who successfully registers and works with Direct Medics.
