Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux/Windows System Engineer to join our team at Krucx Technologies LTD. This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. Our technology infrastructure runs on a mix of Linux and Windows platforms, and we need someone who can efficiently manage both.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance and Management:
    • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Network Administration:
    • Manage and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
    • Implement and manage network security measures to protect against threats.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff's understanding and usage of IT systems.
    • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Data Management and Security:
    • Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
    • Ensure data integrity and security by enforcing company policies and best practices.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Generate regular reports on system performance, security status, and other key metrics.
    • Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to achieve company goals.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
