Support Staff Member

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our West Cornwall team at Corserv Care. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while developing your skills and experience.
About the Job:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to service users in their homes, focusing on daily living skills, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Enable service users to participate in community activities, promoting independence and social interaction.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
Your Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.36, guaranteed weekly hours from 14 to 36, and permanent hours available.
- Time and a half pay for Bank Holidays, plus a day back in TOIL.
- Mileage allowance of 45p per mile, plus access to our Car Lease Scheme after 6 months.
- 31 days annual leave (pro-rata), including Bank Holidays, with option to buy extra leave.
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified driving licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Current right to work in the UK.
- Understanding of domiciliary care and excellent communication skills.
- Empathy, passion for supporting others, and attention to detail.
