About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Countermeasure Development Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare Support Group (EWOS). As part of our team, you will provide technical advice and support to our customers relating to countermeasure development, engineering support and delivery. You will also support internal initiatives related to innovation and research, projects, training, and bid delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge of physics/mathematical principles at degree level and your experience with at least one of Electro-Optics (EO), Infra-Red (IR), or Radio Frequency (RF) sensors and systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers developing models, designing and adding new features into the countermeasure software, solving customer challenges and requirements, and overseeing technical work for all team members.

We offer a competitive salary of around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
