Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support and care to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A background in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
