About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of the people we support. As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Supporting individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote independence and wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. If you have a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in supporting people to live independently, we would love to hear from you.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
- Experience of working in learning disabilities or autism support
- A Full UK Driving License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care and support
