As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving quality, and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the service, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with our clients, staff, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies for growth.
We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of experience in managing a home care service, knowledge of CQC regulations, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, bonus scheme, private medical cover, pension scheme, and a range of employee benefits.
