Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled PSV Maintenance Specialist to join their dedicated engineering team. This role offers an estimated salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the general service, maintenance and repair of public service vehicles, as well as vehicle inspections, MOT preparation and correction of running defects. A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs is required, along with a car driving licence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on public service vehicles
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
  • Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections and making any necessary corrections
  • Coping with day-to-day workshop pressures while maintaining a high level of productivity
