RPS is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Architecture Design Apprentice. This position will be based in our Birmingham office and is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in the Built Environment or Architecture.

As an Architecture Design Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work on the design of construction projects and be responsible for:

  • Producing drawings and Revit models for detailed design at each phase of building construction, including planning, tender, and final issue.
  • Managing the control and distribution of both internal and external contractor drawings.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 5 or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
  • A Level 4 Apprenticeship with a minimum of 48 UCAS points from the following:
  • For a Level 6 degree course, the required qualifications and UCAS points must align with the University provider's guidance (two of which must be A-levels and at least three GCSE's at grade 4 which is a C or above, which must include English and Maths).

RPS will provide a designated mentor to support you in your role and development, as well as opportunities to learn from the wider team. You will also receive:

  • Expert in-house training and a fully funded day release apprenticeship course.
  • In-house AutoCAD and Revit training.
