About the Role

We are seeking an Architectural Design and Innovation Specialist to join our Central Government Consultancy team as part of our 2025 Graduate Programme. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in designing delegated elements of architectural projects to concept stage, meeting business, statutory legal, and contractual requirements.

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and offer fresh ideas grounded in innovation and sustainability.

The successful candidate will have a Part 2 RIBA accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural Design or CIAT accredited bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology. They will also have 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications). Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing delegated elements of architectural projects to concept stage.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their challenges and offer fresh ideas.
  • Assisting the architectural team in developing and understanding the protocols, processes, and technical aspects of the overall role.
  • Ensuring training is kept up to date, gaining a clear understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Engaging with business improvement directives where applicable.
