Job Description

In this 12-month Programme Management Placement, you will join our Customer Programmes team, which supports civil and military customers of our propeller systems for airborne and amphibious applications. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, improving processes, implementing Lean principles, and developing creative solutions to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a variety of projects with an emphasis on improving processes and implementing Lean principles
  • Develop creative solutions to solve problems and improve project outcomes
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and engage with customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality teams
Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently achieved a Business Administration/Project Management/Finance/Data Analysis/Engineering or Programme Management related bachelor's or master's degree
  • On course or achieved a 2:1 degree
