Job Description Summary

As a Programme Management Placement candidate at GE Aerospace, you will join our Customer Programmes team, supporting civil and military customers of our propeller systems for airborne and amphibious applications. This 12-month placement offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in programme management, lean principles, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of projects, focusing on process improvement and implementing lean principles
• Develop and implement creative solutions to solve complex problems
• Work independently with minimal supervision, engaging with customers and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality
• Deliver on inspiring projects, guided by structured goals and objectives, with support from your People Leader and team
• Participate in coaching and mentoring, connecting with other placement students across the UK

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently achieved a Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Data Analysis, Engineering, or Programme Management related bachelor's or master's degree
    • On course or achieved a 2:1 degree
