About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
