Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Hardwick Hall, a stunning Elizabethan house in Derbyshire. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious food from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, using the framework of our 'National Trust Cookbook'
- Help with deliveries and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
