Position: Residential Childcare Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Support Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of young people, helping them develop essential life skills and build positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to foster the growth and well-being of young individuals.

  • Support positive decision-making and foster independence in daily living activities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate records to track progress and needs.
  • Work closely with team members, professionals, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, to create a comfortable and nurturing environment.
