Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator specializing in photography and videography to support the continued growth of our brand through best-in-class visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the PRIMAL brand by creating industry-leading content that connects with and inspires customers.
  • Create imagery and video content used across core marketing channels, including website, social media, branded brochures, event & expo assets, print & digital media.
  • Be the brand guardian, ensuring all creative is of the highest standard, leading the way and challenging the standard.
  • Shoot and edit product content for website listings, showcasing products and key product features.
  • Collaborate with the social media & campaign executive to produce engaging, social-first content.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to organize photoshoots to maximize content creation.
  • Input on video and photography briefs, leading the style of content and considering end video usage.
  • Maintain the highest standard of content produced.
  • Ensure content briefs are executed fully, capturing the complete shot list in line with campaign briefs.
  • Lead the creation of animation and motion graphics for video, social media, and marketing purposes.
  • Ensure product content is filed accurately and easily shared with the internal team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Strong editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to keep up to date with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance production quality and efficiency.
  • Full UK driving licence with own vehicle, with monthly travel throughout the UK and occasional overseas travel for events.
  • A solid understanding of branding and the ability to convey brand messaging through photos and videos.
  • Able to demonstrate strong creative thinking and apply it across all areas of work with spotless execution.
