We are seeking a Welfare Benefits Specialist to support individuals affected by cancer in securing appropriate welfare benefits and services. This role is part of the Macmillan Welfare Benefits Service for Staffordshire, which aims to make a positive impact on people's lives.

The successful candidate will have a full driving licence and daily use of a car. They will work on a hybrid basis, splitting their time between home and office.

This position offers an annual salary of £24,838, with employer pension contributions and an Employee Assistance Programme. The working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping people navigate the welfare benefits system. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will enable you to build trust with clients and provide them with tailored support.
