About the Role

The Head of Building Surveying will be responsible for overseeing an impressive portfolio of high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation, and build to rent. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with top-tier investment, institutional, logistics, and retail clients, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the dilapidations service line, driving growth and expansion
  • Oversee a team of building surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve service offerings

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification preferred
  • Dilapidations experience and strong technical and commercial ability
  • Previous team management and business development experience ideal
