Director of Building Surveying

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Building Surveying to join our team at TFT Consulting Limited. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for leading our dilapidations service line and delivering high-quality consultancy advice to our clients.
With a strong background in building surveying and dilapidations, you will have a proven track record of success in managing and delivering complex projects, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
As a Director of Building Surveying, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the dilapidations service line and developing strategies to grow the business
- Delivering high-quality consultancy advice to clients, including technical expertise and commercial acumen
- Managing and developing a team of building surveyors and dilapidations specialists
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions to clients

Key Requirements- Relevant degree equivalent qualification and MRICS
- Hands-on high-quality delivery of technical services, demonstrating expertise in dilapidations
- Gain client trust with regard to commercial confidentiality and be a direct contact for instructions
- Existing building surveying and dilapidations client base with potential to generate new work and introductions
- Attain financial targets (2.5 base salary for Directors), and support and manage the performance of others
- Competitive salary and car allowance
