Palmer McCarthy, a rapidly growing security services provider, is seeking a sales professional with extensive experience in manned guarding solutions to proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in static or mobile security personnel services and be able to forge and maintain relationships with clients over the telephone and face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for growth within new clients and execute a strategic business plan.
- Generate growth by keen networking and cold calling to identified clients.
- Achieve financial sales targets across both new and existing clients.
- Lead and/or support in the negotiation of all sales opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider business.
- Attend relevant industry events and actively pursue networking opportunities within the sector.
Requirements:
- Strong sales background in static or mobile security personnel services.
- Ability to forge and maintain relationships with clients over the telephone and face-to-face.
