Job Title: Business Development Manager - Security Solutions Specialist

Palmer McCarthy, a rapidly growing security services provider, is seeking a sales professional with extensive experience in manned guarding solutions to proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in static or mobile security personnel services and be able to forge and maintain relationships with clients over the telephone and face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities for growth within new clients and execute a strategic business plan.
  2. Generate growth by keen networking and cold calling to identified clients.
  3. Achieve financial sales targets across both new and existing clients.
  4. Lead and/or support in the negotiation of all sales opportunities, working collaboratively with the wider business.
  5. Attend relevant industry events and actively pursue networking opportunities within the sector.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background in static or mobile security personnel services.
  • Ability to forge and maintain relationships with clients over the telephone and face-to-face.
  • Passion for selling security services with a wide knowledge of trends and macro 'drivers' in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
