As a key member of the Private Client department, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of clients, promotes a professional image of the Firm, and ensures the department operates effectively.

Responsibilities:


Deliver high-quality legal services to clients on a full range of private client matters.
Manage private client cases with expertise and efficiency.
Maintain high standards in the processing of client work, adhering to professional standards and client care.
Attend to clients to take instructions and provide advice on the most suitable course of action to meet their needs.
Execute client instructions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring confidentiality and security of all company and client documentation, information, and effects.
Comply with the Firm's policies and assist Partners and other fee earners in achieving a smooth output of work.
Maintain financial control of your own matters, focusing on cash flow through collection of monies on account and billing procedures.

Requirements:


5 years PQE
Solicitor or Legal Executive
Proven experience in dealing with Probate matters, Inheritance Tax issues, Trusts, and drafting of Trust documents and Lasting Power of Attorney & Wills.
