Matchtech has partnered with a leading client in the Water Sector to secure infrastructure works on a United Utilities project in Lancashire. We are seeking 2x experienced Civil Site Managers to lead water pipeline infrastructure projects.

Job Description:
  • Lead site operations for water pipeline infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate teams and subcontractors to meet project milestones, utilizing effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Evaluate and implement measures to maintain quality and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Possession of SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS Managers Card is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects, particularly in the water sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of ducting, pipe laying, chamber building, and concrete footpaths.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
