Job Description:
  • SITE MANAGEMENT:

Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Manage and direct site personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • PROJECT DELIVERY:

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver water and civil engineering projects efficiently. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • QUALITY CONTROL:

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues. Implement corrective actions to prevent delays and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Sub Agent or similar role in civil engineering, particularly within water infrastructure or large-scale drainage projects.

Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety standards, and project management principles. SMSTS certification and a valid CSCS card are also required.

What's On Offer:
  • A competitive salary from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, based on experience.
