As the Head of Investor Relations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This will involve working closely with senior internal stakeholders, including the CFO, to ensure that the IR roadmap is aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive IR strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Leading the development of investor communication materials, including website content, PR, and marketing materials
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing investors and stakeholders
  • Providing market insights and activity updates to the Executive Committee
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor behaviors to identify opportunities and risks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in investor relations, with a strong understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working in a financial services institution or a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
